GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Podere Gli Olmi.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Podere Gli Olmi, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Podere Gli Olmi sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Podere Gli Olmi in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Podere Gli Olmi promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt.

When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a voucher via email or fax that you must bring with you when doing check-in.

Weekly Rental from Saturday to Saturday for the Apartments.

Anytime for stay in rooms.Daily Rental must be at least for one night

Arrival (check-in): apartments and bed-rooms are available after 2.00 pm, and before and not later 11.00 pm (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): apartments and bed-rooms must be left by entro le 10.00 am of the leaving day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and change: all notices of cancellation or reservation change must be received in writing and be confirmed by the Agriturismo.

For cancellations:
- 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded;
- 30 to 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be retained for a future stay;
- 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Podere Gli Olmi, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
